I tinkered around to long before my run so I did not get out until 10:30. What a big diffrence in heat. It was so hot out there. I took my 7 year old with me again and she wanted to stop under the big cherry tree again. I need to work up some nerve and go ask if we can pick a bunch of them because that tree is huge and full of cherries and they are starting to go bad already and no one is picking them. (but me and my daughter on our way by)

I went to the gym after my run and worked my legs and arms, then I swam a half mile.  I thought maybe I should not count it on my cross training but decided it was just to much work not to count it.  I felt so good after the swim and all day. We even took our kids and dog down to a creek by our house and played for an hour and a half and then we took the boat out and did some late night fishing.

Well today I am so stiff, every muscle in my body hurts.
