I ran 2 miles in 20 minutes today. I felt really good the whole time. I wanted to run at least one more and at mile 2 I ran by the house and told my husband to call the dog but she kept following me, so I stopped at the top of my street and came home.

My dog has been limping for a couple months now. She has had a hard time keeping up with me on my last two runs, so I took her to the vet right after my run Saterday. It cost me $138 to find out she has ripped her acl out and will need surgery. She is 4 yrs 9 mths and healthy $2500.00 to fix her leg or to put her down.

I spent the rest of my day doing yard work trying to think of how we were supose to make that choice. My husband is ready to pay for the surgery.

Oh man I don't know what I would do, although I would have a hard time putting my dog down. Good luck!
