I ran my four miles in 41 minutes.(treadmill) Ya! I hope I can start building miles again without hitting a wall again. I had the treadmill at an incline for half of it and then upped it for my last mile.
I stretched and then worked my abs really good and then I did a few leg weights..
It felt really good to run more than 2 miles at a time again.
I decided to make a quilt for my grandpa (The one who's in the hospital) and then I thought my other grandparents would be left out and so I decided to make one for each of them. I cut squares all day yesterday, and my behind feels like I did mega workout yesterday.
And the pollens must be really high right now or it is my dumb dog that barked all night the last two nights so I had to bring her in but my allergies are killin me. |
