I got up at 5:00am and went to the gym. I did the treadmill for 32 minutes. Mostly walking. I could feel the pain in my need but it was not unbearable so I did not push it to that point.
I worked my arms and abs, then I did 30 minutes on the arc trainer at a level 5 it is 20-30 pds alternating. Then I changed the setting to strength training at a level 7 30-80 pds for 10 minutes.
Then I rode the bike for 22 minutes.
My knee is a little stiff walking down the stairs, but better than yesterday. |
