What is the deaL?

I ran the first mile and felt great, same as it has been the right knee started to hurt and by 1.5 I stopped and walked for a minute as soon as I stopped the pain went away. I stretched for a minute and then tried again.  Only got worse.  I walked the last mile up hill as fast as I could.  42 minutes total.

It seems like just a couple of months ago I was saying I really did not like running very much, but I have kind of grown to love it and I am so frusterated.   After three days off I thought I would have a great running day.

I worked my abs really good and then my arms.  Then I got on the bike for 40 minutes.

I should have felt good on my drive home just for the fact that I worked out again after three days, but felt more like crying.

I am icing my knee right now.
