Got up and made it to the gym by 6am. My run was slow and very dragging but I am not use to working out at that time, I think I was still asleep.
I lifted a few leg weights and worked my abs. I think at that point I was awake because I felt like I could run again, but got on the bike for 35 minutes.
I am so use to a diffrent gym time that I feel like I should go again. I feel like I have not worked out today. I might go walk with my daughter later if she feels up to it. |
