Well I crashed this weekend but maybe it was what I needed. I ran 5.10 in 49 minutes.( Pr in 2,3,4and 5 miles) Then I walked for a minute. I felt realy good other than at the end my hip started to hurt a bit so I stopped. I did about 20 minutes of weights and then I rode the bike for 10 minutes.
Gas has gone up so much I need to start getting my butt out of bed at 5am so I can drivwe my husbands company car to the gym. (Free gas) Or just start running outside but then I am wasting my gym pass I paid for. |
