I am still so stiff today. It hurts to walk up the stairs and to stand up. I had another doctors appointment today for my little girl so I did not make it to the gym. I have not done much this week so I decided if I just walked really slow on my treadmill. I started off walking and it was driving me crazy so I ran. I stayed on for 32 minutes running and walking off and on. Then I stretched still felt like I didn't get enough today so I got on the bike and rode for 30 minutes. I had resistance on it up and down. I think I feel mentally ok now but legs don't feel any better. |
