I had a great day today! I ran 5 miles with no walking in 51 minutes. I think if I could breath better I could run more like this everyday. I feel like I need to yawn or that I am just not getting enough oxygen.
I worked my abs and then I got on the arc trainer for 20 minutes with 5-35 pounds.
I feel pretty good other than my left leg feels like I have a pinched nerve at the top. |
