I ran 4 miles without walking in 42 minutes today. The first mile always seems like the hardest. Then I walked .25 . I feel good although very tired I can tell it is time for my shot again.
I worked my abs (Which so far no results in that area.) Then I did a leg machine for my inner thighs.
I stretched longer today after my run so I only had 22 minutes left so I got on the bike and finished out my time going 4.20 miles. i was so sweaty I felt dumb walking over to get my jacket on. For some reason it felt like people were staring at me. (Little self esteem issue) |
