I woke up today at 3:30 and I could not fall back to sleep.  At some point around 4am by 4 yr old boy came in and said he had a bad dream about his beding and could not sleep in his room. So he got in bed with me and once he stopped moving around and fell asleep he began to snor. Not some little cute snor a loud man snor.

It was about 5:30 when I decided i may as well get up and get the gym out of the way.  I made it to the gymall dizzy and almost sleep walking/driving.  I drug my self onto the treadmill and was suprised as I got little bursts of energy. I ran off and on for the entire 4.30.

Then I worked my sore abs. Lifted a couple of arms weights and then I rode the bike for 30 minutes.

As I was walking out of the gym I made a mental note that I should do that more offten and that I felt really good.  And then I walked my sweaty body out in the freezing air.

Thanks! but my time was 51 minutes on the treadmill. You can run 5 miles in 50 minutes. I do put hills on the bike when I ride it but it is not as hard as running. I don't know you seem like a pretty energetic person from what I have read!
