I have had the hardest time getting to the gym lately so I do my best to get on my treadmill. I kept saying I was going today and then one of my kids would distract me some how. I finally got on in the middle of cooking dinner. I set the dinner timer for 10 minutes and so my goal was to run a mile in 10 minutes so I could stop and put the food on plates. So I ran it in 10.25. after I got my kids dinner to them I got back on and ran another mile in 9.45. Then I had to run to the store for my husband. Well I did walk .25 miles to cool down before I got off. Not the best workout or my first choice but I got it done. Yey, |
