I had a great day today! I ran 5 miles with no walking in 51 minutes.  I think if I could breath better I could run more like this everyday. I feel like I need to yawn or that I am just not getting enough oxygen.

I worked my abs and then I got on the arc trainer for 20 minutes with 5-35 pounds.

I feel pretty good other than my left leg feels like I have a pinched nerve at the top.

Great job it seems like you are making it a good habit know and it is easier to stick with it. Do you have any races lined up yet? You should do the Utah valley 5k that is with the marathon. I am probably doing the marathon. Then you could cheer on the marathoners.

When I look at your personal info and see what an amazing family life you have, I wonder how you find time to get any workouts for yourself in! Way to go!

I don't have any races lined up yet. I want to do the one you mentioned but I am worried that I will sign up and then my daughter will be in the hospital or I will get out of habit while she is in. So I am holding off until I know for sure what is going on with both my girls.

Thanks Kim! Knowing anything about my personal life would explain why I try making working out a priority. I let certain things go to get my workouts in. I can't mentally function if I don't get my time in :)
