Seth and I graduated from BYU April 2007. Our beautiful son Simeon was born that May. I started running again in June with the encouragement of Seth and Lybi. Seth, Lybi, Laura, and their mom are the ones who really keep me running :P

I appreciate the comment from Brent. I try to be active every day, even if it's just going for a walk outside with my husband.

Today Seth and I ran outside again. It had just rained so it was nice and cool and the ditch bank wasn't muddy but the dirt wasn't so loose, so it was easier to run. Since I hadn't run for two days I thought today would be a hard day, but it wasn't. In fact, today was much easier than Saturday. We enjoyed our run together and have decided that we want to keep running together as much as we can. After we move into our house, we won't live by the ditch bank anymore but we might still drive down to run as many nights a week as we can.

We have a non-electric tredmill--makes running hard but is good for walking. It's actually a fairly difficult workout. I might start walking on it in the mornings and running with Seth at night. That way if Seth ever can't run with me I will still get a workout, and when we do run together I will be getting double workouts.

Welcome to the blog. I see Lybi is your sis-in-law. I love reading her blog, she's awesome. Good luck in your training!

Whoa there, Nelly! I am so impressed that you are exercizing 1 time a day, much less twice--especially after having a baby so recently. You are awesome! You're gonna whip my brother into shape too, if you're not careful.
