Sore from Saturday's long run. Hamstrings were sore - but felt okay about that because both right and left were sore. Hit the gym for uphill treadmill walking (35") and core/upper body weights.
pm - progression run on treadmill. Hamstring had a good day today. Just felt a little bit delicate at 7:30 pace and faster. Lots of foam rolling and stretching
ART appointment. Hamstring has really improved. I am not getting as much hip extension and knee drive on left leg, as compared to right. Work on pelvis for this.
Long run along Sweetwarter River Trail in Chula Vista and Bonita. Fantanstic place to run in San Diego. It's almost all horse trail, so it's wide and soft. Two street crossings in 11 miles. Can't believe this was my first time here! I'll be back.
