3 miles easy on treadmill. 9:00 pace. Right hip a little sore from yesterday's long run. Stretched and rolled.

Pull up workout - 3x20 push ups; 3x15 single arm rows (20 lbs); 3x15 front raises (10 pound plate); 3 way planks 2x30 seconds

Rest day - Chicago for work; traveling back to San Diego. Hip still sore. It is probably some bursitis. Got some healing to do before Carlsbad Half of Sunday. Wouldn't run the race if it were today.

3 x 10 pull ups supinated grip (3 without assistance, rest 30 lbs of assistance)

3 x 15 low rows (35 lbs)

3 x 15 3 way shoulder (6 pounds)

3 x 6 dips

3 x 15 pull ups on smith machine bar

60 minutes yoga, stretching with Brandon.

Right hip has a lot of tension in it. Discomfort and tightness, not pain. Hip flexor, piriformis, glutes, lower back, hamstring on right side are all affected, very tight.
