I've not been working out most of May. I've been in NYC and DC for work most weeks and have been very sick. Cold, allergies, ear infection, and lung infection. Hoping to start training again when antibiotics are over. Gives my bone injury (tibia--maybe a shin splint, maybe stress reaction or fracture) extra time to recover too.

Sorry you have not been feeling well, hope you recover soon.

NYC and DC...quite a change from San Diego! Hope work is going well. Enjoying your outside work time in the locations?

I've been pretty run down, so spending most of my free time sleeping! For mother's day, I flew my mom out to NYC for the weekend. It was fun to show her around b/c she's never been there before. We ended up walking 10 miles one day and 7 miles the next day touring around lots of sights!
