5 miles in Central Park on a hot (for me) morning, 85F. 3 running segments of 12 minutes, 16 minutes, 10 minutes with walk breaks between. "Aware" of the tibia spot toward end of run and for 6 hours or so after the run. Feels okay next morning.

Glad the run went ok. Keep making sure you are not pushing back too fast. Being "aware" is good progress, hope it continues to improve.
