Workout

4 x (4, 2, 2)
68, 64, 65, 64, 33-29ish for the 2s (first one moderate second one fast)

Felt amazing, 200 jog break after the 4 and the first 2 then 400 job break after the last 2. One of those workouts where you wind up and feel amazing. The 400's felt smooth as hell and the 200's felt decent as well. 64-65 feels fast yet I didn't get lactic for any of the reps today, I guess I'm starting to internalize that pace so maybe sub 4:20 this year isn't off the table? All in all a big confidence booster, felt like I could tack on quite a few more sets at the same pace. Good to see Miles and Eli cruising through this one as well. The rain and the wind were cumbersome but not horrible, hopefully its our last spell of gloomy weather for a bit. Feeling good about my fitness right now, alot from indoor has carried over and the addition of long runs is definitely helping my strength.
