I ran 3 miles in the morning.  It felt pretty good.  We went pretty fast at the beginning but we were slowed down at the end.

In the afternoon, we ran down to the trail and started doing our speed workout.  We ran 2 min hard, one min easy, one min hard, 30 sec easy, 30 sec hard, 30 sec easy, and then repeat.  We had to do it 4 times.  The hardest part was those stupid two min ones after only a 30 sec rest. On the last 2 min i barely could keep coach close it was really hard.
