I started running in the fall of 2007. I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.
Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014. My favorite PRs: 2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22. 2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15

A few Saturdays ago I pulled a calf muscle about 3 miles into my long run. Since then I took a week off....took it easy the next week with elipticle and Zumba and then went to Seattle to visit Cam, Rurika and Eleanor. I have done some running but not some logging. Looks like life still goes on when I don't add my miles in here. But I will try to get back in the habit of loggin miles anyway.
