I started running in the fall of 2007. I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.
Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014. My favorite PRs: 2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22. 2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15

Chad, Carolyn,Tom and I in the early morning. I was expecting an arctic wind but it was not that bad. A little bit chillier but no wind to grind it to our bones. Grateful for yet one more day before super cold times.
Before my morning run was over I saw 3 shooting stars!
Tom and I got to have the fun of pacing Snow Canyon Half again this year! I love this race....just not the wind we had today. But what a beautiful course!
The mile markers didn't quite line up with our Garmins so we came in a little bit early but stayed true to our pace bands throughout the race.
Pacing is just so much fun! Glad to be a part of the American Flyers Race Pacers!
