I have never been more than a 3 day a week runner, but thought I'd try to get 4-5 days in from now on. Four will be my goal, 5-6 will be icing on the cake, (but I won't eat it, just enjoy that I did it!) It's my fitness level that needs to improve. My legs do fine, but I do a good huff'n and puff'n that some of you have mentioned you have ran by in races before. Maybe I'll start the "Choo, choo" along with the huff'n and puff'n!
Two today without the partner again. She says she'll be there tomorrow , but she hasn't done anything for a week and a half so I'm not sure how it will go. |
