Running Accomplishments:

I started running in the fall of 2007.  I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.

Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014.  My favorite PRs:  2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22.    2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15

Short-Term Running Goals:

Long-Term Running Goals:

Running throughout life with Tom. Staying healthy and happy.

Learn from others, learn from myself, work hard, do my best, enjoy!

On running and on life.....

On occasion we need to make a second effort - and a third effort, and a fourth effort, and as many degrees of effort as may be required to accomplish what we strive to achieve.

I love to go up into the canyon on these beautiful August mornings and see the dark sky with all those twinkling stars that we can't see quite as well from the city!  It is an amazing sight!  The cool, crisp air this morning was also very nice!

We had a pretty good crew together for the Payson Canyon run.  It was fun to run with Jennifer, Kellie and JaNae today.  My Garmin is pretty much freaking out on me any more so it was quite useless to me.  But according to other people's Garmins I think we had about a 7:30-7:40 pace overall.

Now my friend, Stacie, is taking me out for a belated birthday.  We are heading to the temple and then to some undisclosed something and lunch.  She is good at surprises and having a fun time so I'm sure I should enjoy my morning.

Thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes.  I was well taken care of by family, friends, neighbors and bloggers!

Great run! I looked for ya'll coming down, but you must have got off pretty early. I was a slob and didn't leave until 7:10 :( Oh the shame!!! Kim R and I are running down 7 on Friday. We will be going pretty late cause we can :) David is off and she has no babies at home, so we can head out late and LAZY! Yeah- the best kind of run, when you've got no place to be or heat to beat.

Are you and Tom running Onion Day's? If so , come for breakfast. All the FRB's are invited. Check my blog for info. Gald you had a great birthday! Sorry you had to work :(
