I started running in the fall of 2007. I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.
Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014. My favorite PRs: 2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22. 2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15
Short-Term Running Goals:
Long-Term Running Goals:
Running throughout life with Tom. Staying healthy and happy.
Learn from others, learn from myself, work hard, do my best, enjoy!
On running and on life.....
On occasion we need to make a second effort - and a third effort, and a fourth effort, and as many degrees of effort as may be required to accomplish what we strive to achieve.

Personal:
Going to St. George? Bag the hotel and stay in one of our condos instead!
I have had too many things going today so I haven't had much of a chance to blog. And now that I have a minute, I'm not really in a blogative mood. So the quick rundown.
Five easy miles, all between 10-11 mpm. No knee pain! :)
Yeah!! I am SO glad your knee is behaving :) Hey the next time you are going to be pokey- lets run together. You can be poky and I'll be fast! :) We can make Tom walk and we can Chick him ;)
If I am brave enough I will be in a fastrunningblog singlet. I always feel a little uncomfortable wearing it since I'm not on the racing team. I will also have a purple ponytail. Good luck to you!
Tarzan,
Good luck at Park City. Is it a half? I'll be looking forward to your race report.
Marion,
It would be great to get together for a run sometime! Chicking the older guys while they clean up the neighborhood sounds like a roarin' good time! :D
You MUST wear the singlet!! You are a FRBer and you are going to have a smokin' great race. It is a GREAT way to get MORE runners on the blog. MAybe we should put a dash with a FRB after our last names on our race entry forms so the FBR presence will be FELT around the racing community!!! (ie- Kim Lee-FRB) People will think we are some poligamist running family :D
No - I am doing the full marathon at Park City. My mileage is not where it should be - so my plan is to run 8 minutes, easy walk 2 minutes for as long as possible.
Then ICE BATH because I agreed to hike Timp the next day with my son.
No knee pain = great news! Have a blast at Hobblcreek this weekend!!
