Running Accomplishments:

I started running in the fall of 2007.  I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.

Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014.  My favorite PRs:  2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22.    2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15

Short-Term Running Goals:

Long-Term Running Goals:

Running throughout life with Tom. Staying healthy and happy.

Learn from others, learn from myself, work hard, do my best, enjoy!

On running and on life.....

On occasion we need to make a second effort - and a third effort, and a fourth effort, and as many degrees of effort as may be required to accomplish what we strive to achieve.

After my 18 miler, (in case you missed reading my blog yesterday....:D), I promised Coachy Boy that I would keep it nice and easy today. I also knew I was approaching a 50 mile week for the first time. So anyway, I ran 1 1/2 alone and then 2 with our very own fastrunningmommy! It was great to run and visit with you Sarah! You are always a joy to be with!

It was fun to cheer on all the fastrunningbloggers at the Provo River 1/2! Great job to all of you! Even to those of you who didn't finish quite like you had hoped!  It was great to meet a few more of you and see some that I haven't seen for a while.

Nice run! How did I miss the 18 yesterday? I am seriously losing my mind!

Thanks for the directions today! And it was great to meet you and Tom. Congrats on your 18 miler the other day by-the-way.

I am so sorry I failed to notice and give you your well deserved props for your first 18 miler yesterday. I don't need to point out what a great achievement it is. You already know. Keep enjoying the journey.

Congrats on the first 18 miler! I wish I'd known what people to look for at Provo 1/2 (but you were probably gone before I finished).

Great job on your 18 miler! It always feels good to get those long ones in and out of the way. Good job on cheering on all the bloggers too!

Kim thanks again for working the running this week so you could be there at the end to cheer me on (and cheer me up!). Your support is key to any successes I have whether it be running or in life in general. You are the best!!!

Wish I had gotten mine done yesterday to have an easy day today! Sounds like you had a great time at the race!

18 mile run and a 50 mile week - You've become an awesome runner. I'm excited to see what you can do at St. George.

Congrats on your longest run ever! You didn't even mention being sore, that's a great sign! SGM here you come!

Kim you crack me up! Your not going to let us forget that 18 miler huh!? Thats cool you ran with our pregnant mommy! I cannot believe the stamina of the Pachev family! It reminds me of Rocky when he says "I must break you!" Classic. You should have gotten Tom to do a few miles with you. jk he deserves a break.
