Running Accomplishments:

I started running in the fall of 2007.  I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.

Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014.  My favorite PRs:  2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22.    2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15

Running throughout life with Tom. Staying healthy and happy.

Just a regular old 5 mile run with no animal encounters or much action.  Just some discussion with Kellie P. about this and that.  Legs feel good after my down hill yesterday.  I do feel it a little bit in my calves.  I thought it would be more in the front of my legs.  I am glad my back is cooperating with this whole "run a marathon" idea I have in my mind.  So far, so good.

Hey- my calves get it too with the downhill. I was expecting the quads to chime in a bit too, but they dont seem to mind it. It must be our EXCELLENT form :D Glad you back is Okee-dokee!

I was just looking over your history, Kim. Your pace has dramatically improved over the last year. It's really inspiring to see. I feel like my pace will never improve. It helps me to see your pace improve. It gives me hope and motivation. Great running!!
