Running Accomplishments:

I started running in the fall of 2007.  I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.

Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014.  My favorite PRs:  2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22.    2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15

Short-Term Running Goals:

Long-Term Running Goals:

Running throughout life with Tom. Staying healthy and happy.

Learn from others, learn from myself, work hard, do my best, enjoy!

On running and on life.....

On occasion we need to make a second effort - and a third effort, and a fourth effort, and as many degrees of effort as may be required to accomplish what we strive to achieve.

This is the third time I am trying to write this.  It has disappeared from me twice.  I was really excited the first time I was writing and I used lots of !!!!.  The second time I was still kind of excited, but now I just want to hurry and tell the basics and get this submitted before it disappears into cyber space too!

Tom and I met up with a few from the SF group and had a nice run in the rain that included my first trip up Harry's Hill.  It was great!  I feel very good about today and this whole week!

Wow, that is such a long run. Great job, Kim! I am amazed that you have the energy to even type out a report...3 times!!!!

From Tom on Sat, Jun 07, 2008 at 12:08:38

Kim great job today, you seemed to be the strongest of the group! Quite the contrast to when you came out with the group the first couple of times back earlier in the year. You are on a roll!!!

Such a great job! I am always in fear of losing an entry, so I copy as I go along so that I can just paste it back in if I lose it.

You are doing absolutely awesome and ready to kick my butt next week!

From Kim on Sat, Jun 07, 2008 at 12:28:48

Thanks guys! I DO hope to be able to kick someone's butt next week, but I don't think it will be yours, Jody!

As far as the entry goes, I was using Tom's laptop and it is too dang touchy. I will stick with my own for future blogs and will use the save button more often!

I hope Harry's wasn't to hard on you Kim, it sounds like you brought that hill to it's knees, great job! I passed you guys when you were on your way back, I wasn't running I was riding comfortably in my truck! I think I got Tom to wave though, he looked a little puzzled like who was that guy!

From Tom on Sat, Jun 07, 2008 at 14:50:33

Clay I do remember waving back to someone waving to us in a truck! Thanks for not splashing us!
