Running Accomplishments:

I started running in the fall of 2007.  I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.

Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014.  My favorite PRs:  2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22.    2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15

Short-Term Running Goals:

Long-Term Running Goals:

Running throughout life with Tom. Staying healthy and happy.

Learn from others, learn from myself, work hard, do my best, enjoy!

On running and on life.....

On occasion we need to make a second effort - and a third effort, and a fourth effort, and as many degrees of effort as may be required to accomplish what we strive to achieve.

Beautiful, crisp morning.  Three miles with Tom and then he went off to do some hill repeats that I chose not to do today.  I finished up with 3 more miles to home.  Same route as yesterday.  Very zen like run today.

Tom and I are still looking at different options for getting into the SGM.  We are quite disappointed that they have seemed to burn him again for a second year in a row.  He was told he had a guaranteed spot for this year and now they are saying.. sorry, but no.  Kind of bums us out.  But there is still hope.  The training continues no matter what!  There IS a marathon in my near future, I just know it!

Oh I hope there is some way for you to get in. James was saying something about people voting at some 5K. You'd get my vote!

Well, whenever the marathon happens, I'm sure you will be ready. You are doing a fabulous job!

I'm so bummed that you didn't get in to the STGM. I hope somehow you can get in. Like you said, regardless you will be running a marathon sometime soon. Keep up the AWESOME training!

You are doing so great Kim. So consistent! I hope you get in!

And yes... I was watching Wiggles yesterday and again today ( actually 5 times yesterday!) Kids are great!
