Running Accomplishments:

I started running in the fall of 2007.  I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.

Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014.  My favorite PRs:  2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22.    2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15

Running throughout life with Tom. Staying healthy and happy.

Today I said, "Rui, we're not in St. George anymore"  I tried to click my heels together and say "There's no place like St. George, There's no place like St. George, There's no place like St. George!"  But it didn't work, maybe its the fact that I had running shoes on and not cute, sparkly red pumps.  :o(  It was so nice to be down there this past weekend!  Oh well, back to our Spanish Fork wind.  Five miles was about all I had in me today.
