Running Accomplishments:

I started running in the fall of 2007.  I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.

Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014.  My favorite PRs:  2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22.    2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15

Short-Term Running Goals:

Long-Term Running Goals:

Running throughout life with Tom. Staying healthy and happy.

Learn from others, learn from myself, work hard, do my best, enjoy!

On running and on life.....

On occasion we need to make a second effort - and a third effort, and a fourth effort, and as many degrees of effort as may be required to accomplish what we strive to achieve.

Easy five at the beginning of taper week.  Looking forward to the weekend.  Time with the hubby and kids in a sunny location sounds fabulous!  Running 13.1 miles with bloggie friends sounds like lots of fun too!  Have a great day everyone!

Good for you running w/ the "group" on Saturday. I meet up w/ a seasoned (aka FAST) group about 1x a week- it really keeps me on my toes and has made me a bit faster. Sometimes I dread it, but I'm always glad afterwards. I'll see you Saturday- hip hip hooray!

Kim, WOW, done the work, have a great race and fun fun in the sun. You have earned a break after all the WOW running. (If you can call a race a break)

Kim, you should let us know a cell phone number so we can get in contact with you on Sat. morning and decide where to meet up! I hope the running plan for the week is a good one, it all seems a little strange. Friday 1 mile seems hardly worth lacing up the shoes for?

From Kim on Mon, Jan 14, 2008 at 22:47:47

Michelle,

I will send you a private message with my cell phone. I am hoping to stop by the blog party for at least a few minutes. Maybe I'll run into you there. Actually I don't think I'll do any running on Friday. Possibly a mile, but like you said, is it worth it?
