Running Accomplishments:

I started running in the fall of 2007.  I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.

Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014.  My favorite PRs:  2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22.    2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15

Running throughout life with Tom. Staying healthy and happy.

My blogs are getting a little boring.  Same old, same old....  But I guess that is good because I am being consistent.  I did take Rui with me today.  I think his little legs like 3 miles more than 5.  I was afraid I was going to be carrying him home the last mile when he got hackin'!  However, he perked up a bit and made it home ok.  He started out ahead of me but ended up dragging behind.

Tomorrow I'm going to have to do an early morning run to get my miles in.   Oooohhh...no sunshine...I hope I can do it!  Luckily Tom doesn't mind doing early mornings so he will be there to make sure I get'r'done!

Kim if you keep running like you have been you might be having to carry some of your 2-legged running partners home the last mile in the not distant future! You may want to add some upper-body strength training to your regimen :)

Thanks Kim, I hope she'll do great! She is definatley a small towm girl. Her cousin that she is rooming with is a true city girl so I hope that they do o.k. My husband's sister teaches a class they are both taking at the college so I think it will be fun for all of them.

Hey, old timer wife, you and grey beard are doing great. My dog is usually only good for 3 or 4 miles. Keep up the good work you are one of the winter warriors.

Lucky! My dog is generally good for 1 or 2 miles, then he poops out. Nice run today. Consistency is what I strive for and rarely achieve (although, if you achieve it only rarely, can you really call it consistency? I guess I have a way to go).
