Heavy overcast this morning, threatening rain but only felt a few little drops. Felt pretty good over all. There was a very pretty sunrise over American Fork canyon when I finished and looking back towards the west there was a rainbow over our house. I took Drake for a short walk and then grabbed my camera to take a picture.

Ran on the canal trail this morning. It was pretty dark starting out, even though there was a quarter moon over head. A couple of bikers almost ran into me (neither of us had headlights on). After two mile warm-up, ran  8:23, 8:06 and 7:57. Cooled down the last half mile. No real lingering aches or pains.
