WCF Loop. Fairly leisurely run as far as pace was concerned, but the heat (88 degrees) and the wind (18 mph S) made it seem harder. Average pace: 8:45 on flat sections, 9:30 on the uphill sections. Average HR 155. Total time 37:40.

Ran down to the Jordan Parkway trail (about two miles away), continued on it for a little more than half a mile and then back. Temp 90, wind 18 S, mostly cloudy. Got kind of overheated on the way back which is almost all uphill, but after stopping for a quick drink and some water down the back, I was good to go.

Ran the same route as yesterday, but felt much better -- probably because it was about 15 degrees cooler and there was a slight breeze blowing.

As I'm planning a long run for tomorrow, I took it a little easier today. Felt pretty good and just zoned out for the most part. Pushed it on the downhill section just for fun. Temp in the upper 70's, a little breeze out of  the north.
