A little jogging, but mostly walking. Had an episode of sharp lower back pain on Saturday as I was working in the garden. Wasn't completely debilitating (as it sometimes is), but made it difficult to walk after sitting for more than a couple of minutes. It helped to just keep moving.

A light run to make sure that the back was OK. The only real soreness was running downhill.

Noticed a little twinge in my back going downhill, but over all felt pretty good. Not much spring in my step, but doing OK.

Ran legs 1 and 13 of the WBR. Didn't really feel my best either run. Had some bowel issues and developed some pretty good blisters on both feet (I'm guessing from the downhill sections). Averaged 8:49 pace for the first leg and 8:23 for the 13th.

Leg 25 of the WBR. Quads were sore from the downhill sections and my feet were sore from the blisters, but I mostly quite enjoyed this run. Temperatures must have been in the 40's, but it was clear and sunny and a beautiful morning for a run. Caught up to a guy from Riverton and chatted with him for about a mile. Was kind of dragging a bit the last mile or so. Averaged 9:19 pace.
