Stay healthy and in good enough shape that I can more or less keep up with my youngest daughter.
My wife Laureen got me into running. She went into the St. George Marathon Ten Year Club last year and I should go in this year. I have two daughters (15 and 21).
Nice, easy noon run with Dan, Marie, Shayna and Peter.
Did 8 X half mile repeats (in the heat). Was starting to feel a bit tired by the end, but kept a good pace and stayed with Shayna every step of the way. This was a great workout.
Lunch run with Mark. Looped out around the pond and charter school for a little variety.
