Ran the temple route this morning. Roads were wet, but it was no longer raining.

After an easy warm-up mile, pushed the pace along the White Church road and up 40th. Finished at around a 7:15 pace.

Ran the temple route this morning because I won't be able to do my regular tempo run this afternoon (through the Adventure Park). Felt pretty good today. Was able to push it a little harder than Tuesday. Spent just under 33 minutes at lactate threshold or above. Finished off the run at 6:14 pace. Averaged 9:33 up the hill.

A beautiful morning. Fll moon in the west. Venus just coming up as I made the turn at the temple.

Greg and I started off in a light rain that gradually grew heavier through the first three miles. Took it at a fairly easy pace to start off as this course includes a 546 foot climb over 3.2 miles. Heart rate in zone 5 (93 percent of maximum or above) for 20 minutes, 46 minutes in zone 4 (86 to 93 percent). Ran fairly relaxed pace the rest of the way. We were soaked to the bone by the time we finished, but felt great overall. Average pace was 9:12 which is about where we wanted to be.
