Lose some weight and get back into racing shape. Run more races this year.

Stay healthy and in good enough shape that I can more or less keep up with my youngest daughter.

My wife Laureen got me into running. She went into the St. George Marathon Ten Year Club last year and I should go in this year. I have two daughters (15 and 21).

Taper run on an overcast, but pleasant day. No aches or pains, but felt a big sluggish. Finished off with 4X100 strides.

Kerry, you are ready. You are rested. You will do great at St. George. Go for it. A PR is waiting for you to take it. The glory lasts forever.

Kerry, congrats!!!! I saw your St. George time and you are qualified for Boston!! The glory lasts forever. Only about 10% of runners can qualify for Boston, and you are part of them!!

My Boston this year was tough as I tore a muscle in my upper left leg at mile 14, and limped in the last 12 miles. I plan on a PR in 2007 Boston. See you there among the 20,000 runners. I already have my hotel reservations out in Framingham. You can save a lot of money if you stay out of Boston. Enjoy, Paul
