It was humid this morning, the skies were overcast and the temperatures almost perfect for a run. Did the adventure park loop. I felt good starting out (like the wind was at my back) so I pushed the pace. My legs were a little heavier than on Friday and pace a little slower, but over all, the run went well. Weight after the run was 146.2 (body fat 14.7). My resting heart rate dropped back to 143 yesterday. I should be ready for Saturday.

You got your weight to where it is just right for somebody your age. Keep it there.

Kerry,

Everything I see with your running and now with your weight and body fat percentage, you are ready to run. Enjoy the taper week and go get'em this Saturday. Sub 3:30 is a lock. It doesn't mean it will be easy, it just means I think you will do it. Who cares if you can barely walk after it is over. The glory will last forever.
