Lose some weight and get back into racing shape. Run more races this year.
Next race: St. George Marathon
Long-Term Running Goals:
Stay healthy and in good enough shape that I can more or less keep up with my youngest daughter.
Personal:
My wife Laureen got me into running. She went into the St. George Marathon Ten Year Club last year and I should go in this year. I have two daughters (15 and 21).
Pretty good day today. Feeling slightly more fatigued that usual, but that might have been due as much to the warmer temperatures (and higher humidity) as to a bump up in mileage.

Good work. Keep up the mileage. Slow down if you have to for the bulk of it, but make sure to go race pace on some stretches once in a while. What I often notice when I start training harder is that while I want to run slower (and I do), I can still go fast when the need arises.
