Great morning for a run. Greg and I ran a pretty relaxed pace through the initial downhill and flat section and then pushed it through the uphill. Average pace dropped from 8:50 last week (12 mile run) to 8:37 this week. I experimented with eGel for this run. One before we started and one at the half way point. Seemed to work well. Had sufficient energy throughout the run. No stomach problems. |
