| AM- 10.5 easy on one of my usual routes. Ten strides and drills afterward. Typically when I am coming by the middle school on this route, there is always some kid that taunts me or has something ignorant to say. Today it was no different lol. "Hey, nice shorts faggot." I usually just ignore these kids, but this time I just gave him the finger, because I was not in the best mood when I came by there anyways. My thinking is, if you don't have anything nice to say, then just be quiet.
PM- 4 miles plus core/strength routine afterward. Suppose to snow tonight.

| PM- 10k easy from Aggie. 7:42 average. Overall a pretty solid week of training! Also S/O to Eugene for probably making history on the blog by running a 200 mile week. Maybe I will attempt half of that for a weekly mileage PR in the next week or two lol!
