Met a lot of great people and enjoyed the races, travel time, and the overall process for all four years. I made varsity several times throughout high school, but had to work quite a bit for it as well. Overall, had a great experience with it though!

| Did a 4 mile tempo on the treadmill cause it is getting really cold. Started out at 6:15 pace then worked down to 6:00 pace by the last mile.
