AM: 5 mile walk around campus neighborhood. 30 minutes (9.4 miles) on Zwift Watopia cycle afterward.
PM: 0.5 mile warmup, then 20 minute amrap: 50 jump ropes (single unders), 10 kb swings, 1 minute row. Got 8 rounds+ 50 jump ropes. Finished with 1x 10, 8, 6, 6 shoulder press and regular core routine.
