Met a lot of great people and enjoyed the races, travel time, and the overall process for all four years. I made varsity several times throughout high school, but had to work quite a bit for it as well. Overall, had a great experience with it though!

| AM- 10.5 easy on the canal. 7:54 average. 10 strides afterward. Today was somewhat frustrated on my run, because before I started this morning, my blood sugar level was at 204, so I dosed one unit of insulin to help bring it down a little bit. When I get done with my run, it is at 395. Sometimes diabetes can be a real pain lol!
PM- 3 mile shakeout on the TM. Weights and core afterward.
