Met a lot of great people and enjoyed the races, travel time, and the overall process for all four years. I made varsity several times throughout high school, but had to work quite a bit for it as well. Overall, had a great experience with it though!

| AM- Easy 10k this morning making some laps around Legacy Park, then making my way up Aggie and back down. Achilles is still somewhat bothering me, so I am going to keep the volume low this week and just go by feel. Hopefully will start feeling better next week.
