AM- Today in weight training we did the plank for time. I was shooting for 16 minutes but only went for 13:10. Gonna go for 16:30 next time.
PM- Did a running/Crossfit combo. Felt pretty good for the whole workout. 2 rounds of 1 mile at 6:00 pace. Then 20 box jumps, 25 DB snatches, 500m row, 2 minute plank and 20 burpees. Did another 6:00 pace mile after the 2 rounds to finish out.
