AM- 6 easy miles out by golf course and Naples area. Felt really good even though it was pretty cold outside this morning.
PM- Did a good crossfit workout. warmed up on the assault bike, then did 30 minutes of 15 box jumps, 2 minute row, and 10 burpees. Was pretty tired afterward.
Later in the PM did an easy shakeout of 2.5 just to loosen up the legs.
