AM- Very slow 2.5 mile shakeout. Important workout planned later tonight.
PM- After a very long and tiring 7 hours of pulling giant weeds that would not come out of the ground easily, I was exhausted for some weird reason. When I got back home I did not want to run, but I decided to suck it up and just give this workout what I had. Original plan was 3 mile, 2 mile, and 1 mile tempo. I knew I wasn't going to get in the total workout, so I compromised and did a 3 mile tempo in 17:47 and then 1 mile, which I did in 5:34. I felt very tired during the 3 mile tempo, but loosened up during the mile interval.
