AM- One mile easy then a little 3 miles of speed changes ranging from 6:50s to 6 flat. Didn't want to do too much cause we have practice and it will probably be something stupid hard like hill repeats at Yellow Hill. Mile cool down to get to 5 for the morning.
PM- 7 miles at practice in the evening wasn't near the hard workout I thought it would be for the evening. Went with Clayton and Kedric. Had a really good good talk about the XC season coming up. Pace was right around 7:30s which felt nice. Good run!!!
